About This Project
Fake whatsapp account was circulated in Zvimba RDC following the confusion on the withdrawal of a female candidate by ZEC. A different whatsapp account was circulating in local groups, claiming that the female councilor had withdrawn because she felt the ‘race was harder’. ZEC later retracted the withdrawal,citing a purely administrative oversight.
